Dr. Jaimie Lusk is a board certified clinical psychologist and United States Marine Corps combat veteran who served as a logistics officer in Operation Iraqi Freedom. She knows what it means to work in high stakes environments where split second decisions carry lasting weight.

For more than 15 years, Dr. Lusk has worked as a VA PTSD clinician and is a national and international consultant and trainer on moral injury. She specializes in the injuries that come with the job: trauma, moral distress, complex grief, and the cumulative toll of carrying other people’s worst days. Her work draws on evidence based treatments, including Acceptance and Commitment Therapy and Trauma Informed Guilt Reduction, to help responders untangle guilt, reconnect with their values, and build resilience that lasts across a career and beyond it.

Dr. Lusk brings a direct, practical, and playful style that resonates with professionals who would rather not sit on a couch talking about feelings. Clients describe her approach as battle buddy energy: straight talk, real tools, and someone who has your back. She also leads community and nature based programs, including surf therapy events for veterans.

She is licensed in Oregon, California, and Idaho and offers coaching, consultation, and training to agencies and individuals worldwide.

Thrive in your wild.
