To date, we have financially assisted 210 people for a total of 1,487 sessions and $169,476.84 spent. Please fill out the form below to be considered for financial assistance for therapy expenses. Please upload a brief explanation including your profession/connection and a little as to why you need our help with financial assistance via the file upload at the bottom. All information is confidential and will not be shared with anyone outside of the board of directors and the therapist.
Our financial assistance is based off of a tier system. Once we receive your signed waiver, we cover your first three sessions at 100%. Once your therapist sends us an email for a continuation request, we cover the next five sessions at 60%. The next five we cover 50%, and so on.
Please browse through our contracted therapists and see if one matches with you. If you have a therapist you work with and would like us to provide financial assistance, we will just need a contract with that therapist. If you are in another state and we do not have a therapist listed where you live, we will find one and connect one to you.
If you feel that you would like to try a new therapist after any number of sessions, please let us know and we will connect you with another therapist.
