PRESIDENT

Greg started the podcast & non-profit with Jesse Coulter in June 2021. He was an infantry rifleman in the USMC Reserves for 7 years with one deployment & got out as Squad Leader. He is currently serving with the USCG Reserves as a Maritime Enforcement Specialist. Greg has also been a Law Enforcement Officer in California for 9.5 years & is a Motor Officer & is a member of the SWAT team, Honor Guard team, Major Accident Investigations Team, & is a First Aid/CPR Instructor as well as a Range Instructor.

VICE PRESIDENT

Jesse started the podcast & non-profit with Greg in June 2021. He was in the USMC for 4 years as an infantry mortarman & is now serving with the USCG at the Special Missions Training Center as a Maritime Enforcement Specialist. Jesse is now our East Coast contact and lives in North Carolina with his wife and baby girl.

TREASURER

Cheryl is our Treasurer & Jesse's mom. She is married with two kids: Jesse, who was a Marine & is in the Coast Guard & Kamryn her daughter who graduated in Social Work. She understands what it is like having a son being gone for long periods of time & not being able to to talk to him. She would like you to know that you are not alone if your child is deployed overseas. Feel free to reach out to her if you have any questions regarding the Marines & how she handled her son being gone.

SECRETARY

Kamryn has completed her Master’s degree in Social Work & has previously completed her Bachelors of Science in Psychology. She has been studying & working in the mental health field for 5 years & counting! Kamryn also has a significant other who is currently serving in the Air Force & understands the hardship that comes along with the separation TDY’s and deployments. She looks forward to helping The Overwatch Collective expand & getting individuals and families the help they need/deserve!

BOARD OFFICER

Donna is our Member at Large & Gregory's mother. Her husband has been in Law Enforcement for over 40 years & was a Coast Guard Reservist & is currently retired from the Army Reserves. He deployed to Iraq & Afghanistan. She has two sons who are both first responders. Jeffrey is a Fire Captain & a Paramedic. Gregory is a police officer, prior Marine & currently in the Coast Guard.

MEMBER AT LARGE

Mike is an active duty Marine who has been enlisted for 13 years. By trade he is a Motor Transportation Operations Chief but also serves as a Marine Corps Suicide Intervention Specialist. He assists all stages of suicide matters to include awareness, prevention, reintegration and intervention. This is something Mike set out to do after losing his older brother to suicide in 2019. He is currently stationed in North Carolina along with his wife and 4 daughters. He enjoys sports, fitness, tattoos, and believe it or not, podcasting. He consistently strives to be the “someone in anyone’s corner”.
