Jeanetta is a licensed clinical social worker with 15 years of experience in the mental health field. She has served as a mental health therapist specializing in maternal mental health and first responder wellness. Additionally, she has worked as an emergency room social worker and crisis response counselor.

Jeanetta is dedicated to continuous learning around first responder culture and how to best address the unique challenges faced by first responders, while staying updated on best practices for their mental wellness. She is certified in Psychological First Aid (PFA) and trained in Critical Incident Stress Management (CISM) by the ICISF. Jeanetta actively supports first responders following critical incidents, participates in local law enforcement peer support and wellness programs, and is an approved wellness provider by the Fraternal Order of Police.

Jeanetta has completed training in Accelerated Resolution Therapy (ART), offering first responders a rapid and effective therapeutic method to reduce the emotional impact of traumatic experiences, promoting quicker recovery and enabling them to resume their duties with enhanced mental well-being.
