Jill Boyle is a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT 46971), with over 17 years of experience in the field. She specializes in providing therapeutic support to first responders, military personnel, and individuals struggling with trauma, substance use, depression, and anxiety. Jill's client-centered approach, combined with her warmth, empathy, and collaborative style, creates a safe and supportive environment for healing and personal growth.

Jill's extensive experience includes working in various settings with a focus on serving individuals in the military and first responder communities. She has provided outpatient counseling for the Navy, assisting service members and their families. Additionally, she has worked in a residential substance abuse treatment center, specifically catering to veterans, where she gained valuable insight into the complexities of substance use disorders and their correlation with trauma. She is also a clinical partner with The Headstrong Project, providing therapeutic services to active duty service members and veterans.

​Jill's therapeutic approach is client-centered, empowering individuals to take an active role in their healing journey. She believes in establishing a collaborative therapeutic relationship, where clients feel understood, validated, and supported. Jessica Cowick, LCSW

Licensed Clinical Social Worker

Jessica Cowick is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker in Kentucky and Florida. Born and raised in Dallas, Texas, Jessica received her BS from Texas Tech University and MSSW from University of Texas Arlington. Jessica is a Veteran of the US Army and a current Army EOD Spouse. Jessica has experienced deployments as a Soldier and Spouse, giving her a unique perspective and understanding on the SOF lifestyle and needs. Jessica specializes and is trained in treating Post-Traumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD), suicidality, depression, anxiety, and Military Life. Jessica currently resides in Florida with her husband and two children while running her private practice, Cowick Mental Health Services.

Alison Fienning, MSW, LISW-S, LMHC, CCTP, EMDRt

Alison Fienning, MSW, LISW-S, LMHC, CCTP, EMDRt, is a dedicated mental health professional with over a decade of experience in the field. Holding a Bachelor's degree in Social Work from Ohio University and a Master's degree in Social Work from The University of Cincinnati, Alison's educational foundation has laid the groundwork for her impactful career. Alison's journey in the mental health realm began over ten years ago, during which she embarked on a diverse range of experiences that have enriched her expertise as a well-rounded clinician. Her remarkable journey includes a tenure as a K9 handler with the Campbell County Search and Rescue Team, showcasing her commitment to community service and collaboration. In 2017, Alison took a significant step in her career by founding Pinpoint Behavioral Health Solutions, a testament to her vision for innovative and effective behavioral health services. Her practice specializes in providing essential support to the first responder and military communities, acknowledging the unique challenges they face in their roles. Licensed to practice in Ohio, Kentucky, and Florida, Alison's reach extends across multiple states to offer her expertise where it is most needed. Beyond her professional accomplishments, Alison is deeply connected to the first responder world, being the spouse of a firefighter. Her dedication to this community is evident through her certification as an IAFF peer supporter (spouse) and her proficiency in Critical Incident Stress Management (CISM), both at the individual and group levels. Her commitment to education and empowerment is reflected in her role as a facilitator with Great Oaks Career Campuses and an instructor with the Center for Relationship Education. Alison's passion for destigmatizing mental health and promoting well-being is evidenced by her training in teaching Mental Health First Aid and her role as an area clinician for the Drug Enforcement Administration (DEA). Her contributions to the field have not gone unnoticed; her company, Pinpoint Behavioral Health Solutions, has received multiple awards for excellence in business. Moreover, Alison's impact has been recognized on a broader scale, as she was nominated as a local healthcare hero for her tireless efforts in making a difference. Mica Istre, LPC

Licensed Professional Counselor

Maria “Mica” Salazar Istre graduated from the University of Louisiana at Lafayette with her Master’s in Counselor Education. As a Licensed Professional Counselor, Maria has a heart for helping people overcome the obstacles, traumas, and patterns that continue to hold them back from living life to the fullest. As a veteran Marine spouse and family member of law enforcement officers, she understands the unique culture of veterans and first responders. She is a Certified First Responder Counselor (CFRC) and strives to provide the highest quality of care to those who serve our community. 

Through her work at a sexual assault center, she has gained clinical experience providing bilingual counseling services to Latinx victims. She has dedicated her time as a counselor in serving the highly marginalized and systemically oppressed in various clinical settings. As a Las Vegas native and child of immigrant parents, Maria is passionate about bridging the gap for ethnic and linguistic minorities in the Acadiana Area. It is this passion that led her to open Tree of Life Counseling and Consulting, the only multiculturally focused group counseling practice in the region.

Maria's specialties include trauma recovery (PTSD and Complex Trauma) for events such as sexual assault, childhood abuse, combat trauma, etc. She has received over 200 hours of trauma training throughout my years as a counselor and approaches counseling through a trauma-informed lens. Maria is trained in Eye Movement Desensitization Reprocessing (EMDR), Narrative Exposure Therapy (NET), Trauma Resolution Therapy (TRT), and has received training from Ashland Theological Seminary in Formational Prayer (Inner Healing). She is currently working towards her EMDR certification, which adheres to EMDRIA's highest level of care and expertise, and is an evidence-based and highly effective trauma treatment.

Kimberly Ingram, LMHC

Licensed Mental Health Counselor

Kimberly Ingram is a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (MH 19428) and a Certified First Responder Counselor with over 25 years of experience in First Responder culture. As a Florida native, Kimberly received her BS from the University of Central Florida, and her dual MA from Liberty University. Kimberly is currently pursuing her doctoral degree to further enhance her skills as a therapist and educator in the mental health field.  Kimberly is a law enforcement spouse and mother and has dedicated her private practice to the mental health needs of Florida’s first responders offering both online and in-person services.  

Kimberly’s experience includes working with the local public safety academies to present mental health and wellness information to new recruits, collaborating with public safety agencies in building peer support networks, critical incident stress management debriefing, and providing mental health education to employees.  Kimberly is an approved wellness provider with Red Line Rescue, Blue Line Rescue, a National Fraternal Order of Police Approved Provider, and an IAFF Approved Provider.

Kimberly’s experience includes working with all types of first responders and military personnel with a culturally competent understanding of these communities. She comprehends the importance of a confidential, trusting environment for clients and can meet those needs without communication barriers such as technical jargon or logistics of the job.  Kimberly believes in a client-centered approach that is direct, yet surrounded by empathy and support to help clients meet their therapeutic needs and goals.  Using evidence-based treatments, such as cognitive behavioral therapy and cognitive processing theory for PTSD, Kimberly works alongside clients to restore hope and peace within their lives.

Dr. Brooke Bartlett, Psychologist

California, Idaho & Florida

Brooke Bartlett, Ph.D. is a licensed clinical psychologist and the owner of Center for Trauma, Anxiety, and Stress (CTAS). She has over 10,000 hours of specialized training in the evidence-based treatment of posttraumatic stress, anxiety, and additional stressors at some of the most renowned institutions in the country. In addition to being a trauma specialist, Dr. Bartlett is highly specialized in working with first responders and military members. She spent several years as a clinician at VA hospitals across the country treating trauma-exposed combat veterans. She also spent over 5 years as an embedded clinician in one of the largest public safety departments in the U.S. During this time, she was on call 24/7 for critical incident response, provided consultation to command staff, assisted in developing suicide prevention and peer support programs, and held weekly therapy sessions with personnel and their family members. In addition to her clinical specialization, Dr. Bartlett also has an extensive research history examining mental health and resiliency among first responders and military veterans, with over 20 publications in scientific journals, a published book chapter, and numerous presentations at national and international conferences. Dr. Bartlett is a culturally competent clinician who is well-versed in the cultural and occupational demands of public safety and military service professions.

At CTAS, Dr. Bartlett provides services exclusively for first responders, military members, and their loved ones, including individual and couple therapy, clinical consultation, and assessment. Another major focus of her work is assisting public safety agencies in the development of effective mental wellness programs through peer support program development, wellness trainings, and critical incident response. Dr. Bartlett has the utmost respect and admiration for those who serve our communities, our citizens, and our nation, and she is honored to dedicate her professional efforts to serving those who serve others.
