What's New With TOC?

Stay up to date on what The Overwatch Collective has been up to and what they have planned. Over the past two years, TOC has continued to grow and we have you all to thank. In addition to our news letters, the therapy tabs, and social media, you can find all of our updates here.

TOC's Latest Podcast Update

We have some really exciting things coming out for you. During this podcast episode, Greg and Kelsey breakdown all that TOC has been working on and all that is to coming the upcoming months!

The Overwatch Collective App

The Overwatch Collective has a big announcement the middle of this month. We have been working on this Mental Health App for you for 6 months now and we are almost ready to show you what it’s all about.

Greg & Jesse started this podcast in June of 2021 and we have been able to connect with so many of you, share your stories, and financially assist our community with therapy. And NOW, through your support, TOC is evolving into a dynamic and uplifting online community for YOU.

We designed the app to be a safe space for you to share your thoughts, connect with others in the community, and get help if needed. You will be able to explore, listen-in, and can share your thoughts while in incognito  (anonymous) or visible mode through your profile.

You will be able to participate with others who serve in similar ways based on the category you fall under: Firefighter, Paramedic / EMT, LEO, Corrections, Dispatcher, Coroner, Active or Reserve Military, Veteran, Trauma Nurse, Family Member, or Spouse / Significant Other.

Any inappropriate comments and trolling will not be tolerated and can be easily reported and swiftly dealt with.

The best way to experience all the features is to browse around the app. Especially the library of articles and video blogs or podcasts.

You can also join in our live audio room, answer the daily share questions, or contribute to the social feed.

We'll have a stream of new features including our Buddy program and Therapist network all integrated into the app soon, so stay engaged and spread the word!!

Help us by becoming part of something so much bigger than yourself. You are here to make a difference in your life and the lives of others. And remember, One More is One Less!

Two New Board Members
Meet Tyler!

Tyler has been in the fire service for the past 8 years and currently works in the Bay Area as a firefighter / paramedic. Two months after being on the job, Tyler experienced a call that changed his life when he experienced his first Critical Incident Stress Debrief (CISD) and began a very long journey that he is still learning to navigate. Five years later, almost to the day, he experienced that same career call that so many said would never happen again. His journey through the fire service has thus far taught him that this career is a marathon, not a sprint. We need to be here for one another, and he wants to help in any way possible.

Kamryn Coulter's Bio will be available soon.

Dream Machines HMB

On April 30th our board of directors attended the 30th Dream Machines event in Half Moon Bay, California. We were able to meet so many incredible people and share a little about what TOC does. We received over $2,000 in donations and merchandise sales that day and have connected with therapists, potential podcast opportunities, and many other supporters.

The Overwatch Collective also recently set up a booth at the Half Moon Bay Volunteer Firefighters Crab Feed on May 6th, the National Latino Peace Officers Association of Alameda County Scholarship Fundraiser, and has been attending Health and Wellness events / nights at a local police and fire communications headquarters. We have also showed up to support friends and other fundraisers including the Team Stevens Nation Axe ALS Golf Tournament and Dinner in early May.

The Gun Co has graciously chosen to pair up with The Overwatch Collective and have agreed to donate $20 for every trigger and $50 for every slide when you enter the code "OVERWATCH" at checkout.

Other custom build options are available and money will be donated back to TOC when you mention us.
